How do I cancel my annual Student Registration or update my account information?

Your Student Registration fee will be debited from your account annually on the date that you registered. You can cancel your registration at anytime. HMF does not offer refunds if you forget to cancel your registration before the renewal date. To cancel your registration, or to update your account information, go to hickorymusicfactory.com/account/login.

I never received a confirmation email after I registered for a program

Check your “spam” fold as sometimes emails will get sent there by mistake.

Do you offer scholarships?

The Hickory Music Factory offers a limited number of scholarships to students each year. Applicants are assessed through written applications by the HMF board of directors. Funding for scholarships are made possible through private donations that help provide lessons and programs to youth in the community who may not have the means to do so. Snow and bad weather

Please contact your instructor on days where there is inclement weather to check and see if lessons are being offered.
